LAUNCHING TERM ONE 2020

Jesus has called us to continue what he started—his creative and restorative work in this world!

What an exciting invitation this is! But how do we do it? and where do we even begin?

The School of Kingdom Ministry is an incredible course that will enable you to walk into this call with confidence!

SOKM equips you with; solid teaching from scripture, accessible (and fun) exercises to activate you with skills, and offers practical real-world opportunities to do what you learn.

Open to all, this exciting and transformational training in Kingdom Ministry is running at Westgate Vineyard Church in 2020.

“This is the best training I have had in kingdom ministry! The teaching has been life-changing and transformational. I am so very thankful I have been able to do SOKM!”
“When I signed up for this class, I anticipated being pushed outside of my comfort zone and learning new things. However, this class was so much more amazing than I ever thought it would be! SOKM is solid biblical teaching and taking action in a community
environment.”

The School of Kingdom Ministry is open to all and runs as a three hour class once a week for nine months (with breaks for Holidays). Exact dates and times TBC—Potentially, Sunday afternoons.

Each class includes:

1. Teaching

Strong, Biblical theology is foundational to Holy Spirit ministry. Not only does it keep us growing in the right direction, it also empowers and equips us with faith to step into the things God has called us to.

In the School of Kingdom Ministry, we spend the first hour of each class working through our curriculum, which includes topics like Kingdom Theology, Holy Spirit, Identity, Healing, Relationships, and more!

The teachings are given through video, presented by Putty Putman (and others) and are current teachings for each course.

2. Activation

Our activation curriculum is full of hands-on activities that make partnering with the Holy Spirit accessible to anyone, regardless of prior experience. These activities demystify the process of operating in spiritual gifts and teach ministry as a practical skill that can be learned and improved upon with practice.

3. Practice

Exercising the skills we learn in real life settings is critical to the learning process. Every School of Kingdom Ministry class will include practice activities that put students’ knowledge and experience to work in a ministry context. This includes serving the mission of the local church in existing ministries and also creating open ministry events for the whole community.

Practice will grow and solidify the lessons and skills learned in class so that students will graduate with a solid foundation of experience in Holy Spirit Ministry.

Cost:

The cost to each student is $350, (or $275 each for members of the same family).
